  • Will there be any changes in your lead times?

    It's hard to say for certain right now, but It's very likely that this sale will have a notable effect on our lead times. I will try to update the lead times as delays occur, so check back in for an update if needed.

    Remember, our lead times are an estimate, not a guarantee of when your hammock will finished - we are a very small family company, and will try to get your order to you as quick as we are able. If for any reason you hammock would be significantly delayed, we do our best to keep you in the loop!

  • Can I make changes to my Custom Hammock order?

    Possibly. As always, we are limited in what changes we can make to Custom Hammock orders at different times. Minor additions are usually no issue, but if you want to change your fabric after we have already already ordered it, we will charge you the cost of the new fabric.

    Also, any changes made to Custom Hammocks are not discounted (whether the hammock was ordered as part of the sale or not).

  • Will my hammock arrive by Christmas?

    Our Ready-to-Ship hammocks are already finished and just need to be assembled and packaged up. Ready-to-Ship hammocks should be shipped out within a week or so.

    Unfortunately our Custom Hammocks will not make it to you by Christmas. Our Custom Hammocks have a back-order queue that prevent us from finishing the hammock by Christmas, so we aren't able to make promises on when they will be delivered.
